DAY WISE ITINERARY
Day 1 - Dehradun to Lohajung (Drive)
Distance: Approximately 295 km
Duration: 10-11 hours by road
Route: Dehradun – Devprayag – Karnaprayag – Tharali – Lohajung
Meals: Dinner only
Lohajung’s drive is filled with beautiful scenes, featuring curved streets, rivers, and lush green valleys, making it an ideal starting point for your trek to Brahmatal. On the way you will look at Devprayd, where two rivers, Alakananda and Bhagirathi are found. In the evening, you come to the base camp, Lohjung.
Day 2 - Lohajung to Bekaltal (Trek)
Distance: 6 km
Duration: 4-5 hours
Altitude: 7,600 ft to 9,800 ft
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
The trek starts with an easy climb through dense oak and flowering forests. You will cross small streams and open, clear areas. The first campsite is Becktal, a calm lake surrounded by oak trees.
Day 3 - Bekaltal to Brahmatal (Trek)
Distance: 7 km
Duration: 5-6 hours
Altitude: 9,800 ft to 10,450 ft
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Today’s brand is a relatively straightforward climb with some steep sections. You will catch a view of the High Himalaya. You will run through an open clearing before reaching the Brahmatal campsite, where you can organize camps near Frozen Lake.
Day 4 - Brahmatal to Lohajung
Distance: 10 km
Duration: 7-8 hours
Altitude: 10,450 ft to 12,250 ft (Brahmatal Top) and back to 7,600 ft
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
On this day, you will reach the highest point of the trip, called the Brahmatal peak. The trek is challenging, but it offers beautiful views from open ridges. After having some time on top, you will return to Lohjung.
Day 5 - Lohajung to Dehradun (Drive)
Distance: 295 km
Duration: 10-11 hours drive
Meals: Breakfast only
Drive back to Dehradun, concluding your trek with one last scenic journey through Uttarakhand’s picturesque landscapes.

HOW TO REACH
By Train:
You can expect a train from Dehradun to Kathgodam - the ride usually takes about 7 to 8 hours. Once you reach Kathgodam, you will need to rent a taxi or find a shared jeep to Lohjung. It is about 93 km trip and may take 5 to 6 hours, depending on the road conditions.
By Bus:
Prefer road over rail? You can take a bus from Dehradun to either Haldwani or Kathgodam - the ride usually takes about 9 to 10 hours. Once you reach there, it is easy to find a taxi or hop into a shared jeep with Lohjung.
By Road (driving):
Head out from Dehradun to Rishikesh. Once you arrive in this incredible city, continue to Haridwar. From there, the road takes you to Kotdwara. And your next destination is Haldwani, and finally, you’ll reach Kathgodam.

CONFIRMATION POLICY
- Within a day of a successful booking, the client gets a voucher of the confirmation through email.
- If the preferred slots are not available, an alternative schedule will be arranged according to the preference of the customer, and a new voucher of confirmation will be sent through email.
- Alternatively, before confirmation, the customer can decide to cancel their booking, and a complete refund will be issued.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made in between 45 days of the start date of the trip will be assessed a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days of the trip’s start date will be charged 50% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
- If you cancel within 0-15 days of the trip’s start date, you will be charged 100% of the entire tour cost as cancellation fees.
- In the event of bad weather or government restrictions, any trips or events may be cancelled. In such a case, the operators will do all possible to give a viable alternative. However, a cash refund is not available on this item.
REFUND POLICY
If you select a refund after canceling your trek, the refund amount will be deposited into the payment account that you had used while making payment to us. It will take ten to twelve working days.
