Day 1 - Dehradun to Raithal Village (Base Point for Dayara Bugyal Trek)

Duration: 7-8 hours drive

Start early from Dehradun, drive through beautiful routes via Uttarkashi along the Bhagirathi River, and reach Raithal, the base camp of Dayara Bugyal. It offers mesmerizing snow scenery during the best winter months and is the perfect time to start your trek. After evening preparation and briefing, spend some time relaxing before the trek begins. An overnight stay in a homestay or guesthouse.
Day 2 - Trekking journey from Raithal to Gui starts
Distance: 4 km
Duration: 4-5 hours trek
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
The trek goes through snow-covered oak and rhododendron forests to the peaceful Gui campsite, a quiet meadow at 2,800 meters. This section gives a glimpse of the Dayara Bugyal trek distance, with the night spent in tents, enjoying the warmth of the campfire and the starry sky.
Day 3 - Trek to Dayara Bugyal, Then Back to Gui
Distance: 8 km (round trip)
Duration: 6-7 hours trek

It is the most beautiful part of the Dayara Bugyal Trek. You pass through the snow-covered field to reach wide grasslands with fantastic scenes of tops such as Bandarpoon, Kala Nag, and Srikanth. Day 4 - Trek Down to Raithal, Then Drive to Dehradun
Distance: 4 km trek + 180 km drive
Duration: 4-5 hours trek + 7-8 hours drive

- Tax: 5% GST on total costs.
- Personal expenses: Snacks, beverages, bottled water, or extra food are not included in the food.

- Personal equipment: You need to bring your own hiking shoes, warm clothes, backpacks, a thermos, water bottles, and toilet paper.
- Porter Services: Further fees if you want someone to carry your personal goods.
- Emergency cost: Medical help, withdrawal, or if you leave half the trip, some expenses.
- Other costs: Any additional fees due to bad weather, delay, natural disasters, or activities mentioned in the scheme.
THINGS TO CARRY
- Thermal Innerwear: Keeps you warm by trapping body heat.
- Insulated Jacket: It provides warmth in freezing conditions; synthetic materials work well in wet weather during the snow trek.
- Waterproof Trekking Boots: To keep feet dry and warm in snow or slushy paths.
- Woolen Socks (3–4 pairs): Keep feet warm, dry, and odor-free; carry extra pairs.
- Insulated Gloves: Protect hands from cold winds; carry a spare pair.
- Balaclava/Neck Warmer: Shields the face and neck from biting winds.
- Waterproof jackets and pants: Rainy, snowy, and cold weather, while living comfortably.
- The battery headlights: For a walk in the morning or late at night, take an extra battery.
- First aid kit: For minor injuries and individual medicines.
- Sun protection: Use sunscreen, lip balm with SPF, and UV sunglasses to protect yourself at high altitude.
- Individual toilet sets: Basic hygienic products, like a toothbrush, wet wipes, and hand sanitizer, are stored in a waterproof bag.
CONFIRMATION POLICY
- Within a day of a successful booking, the client gets a voucher of the confirmation through email.
- If the preferred slots are not available, an alternative schedule will be arranged according to the preference of the customer, and a new voucher of confirmation will be sent through email.
- Alternatively, before confirmation, the customer can decide to cancel their booking, and a complete refund will be issued.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made in between 45 days of the start date of the trip will be assessed a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days of the trip’s start date will be charged 50% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
- If you cancel within 0-15 days of the trip’s start date, you will be charged 100% of the entire tour cost as cancellation fees.
- In the event of bad weather or government restrictions, any trips or events may be cancelled. In such a case, the operators will do all possible to give a viable alternative. However, a cash refund is not available on this item.
REFUND POLICY
If you select a refund after canceling your trek, the refund amount will be deposited into the payment account that you had used while making payment to us. It will take ten to twelve working days.
