PACKAGE OVERVIEW
McLeod Ganj Triund Volvo Package is an ideal trip for nature enthusiasts who want to explore the beautiful mountain ranges of the Himalayas. The package is designed to offer a comfortable and hassle-free experience, with all the arrangements taken care of by the MadTrek.
The package includes transportation, accommodation, meals, and a guided trek to Triund. The journey starts from Delhi, where travellers board a comfortable Volvo bus to McLeod Ganj, a beautiful hill station located in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh.
DAY WISE ITINERARY
Day 1 - Overnight Journey to Mcleodganj from Delhi
- Board the Volvo bus from Delhi in the evening (around 6-7 PM).
- Overnight journey to McLeod Ganj.
Day 2 - McLeodganj Arrival and Sightseeing
- Arrive in McLeod Ganj early in the morning (around 6-7 AM).
- Check in to the hotel and have breakfast.
- Visit the Dalai Lama temple and the Namgyal Monastery on your own.
- Free time to explore the local markets and have lunch (not on us).
- In the evening, attend a Tibetan cultural show.
- Head back to the hotel for dinner and spend the night there.
Day 3 - Triund Trek and Camping
- Have breakfast at the hotel.
- Start the trek to Triund after a short briefing and introduction with the trekking guide.
- Reach Triund and set up camp for the night.
- Enjoy lunch at the top and explore the beautiful meadow surrounded by snow-capped peaks.
- Enjoy a campfire, stargazing, and dinner in the evening.
- Overnight stay in the camp.
Day 4 - Return to McLeodganj and Tour Concludes
- Rise early to witness the sunrise and relish breakfast at the campsite.
- Start trekking back to McLeod Ganj and return to the hotel for luggage
- Free time to explore McLeod Ganj. You can visit St. John in the Wilderness Church, the Bhagsu Nag Temple and the waterfall, or take a walk around the town. (not on us)
- Have lunch at a nearby restaurant (not covered in the package).
- Free time for shopping or relaxing.
- Board the Volvo bus in the afternoon aroun 06:00 pm and start the journey back to Delhi.
- Arrive in Delhi in the early morning of Day 5.

- Personal expenses: Any personal expenses such as bottled water, energy drinks, snacks, and alcohol are not included in the package.
CONFIRMATION POLICY
- Within a day of a successful booking, the client gets a voucher of the confirmation through email.
- If the preferred slots are not available, an alternative schedule will be arranged according to the preference of the customer, and a new voucher of confirmation will be sent through email.
- Alternatively, before confirmation, the customer can decide to cancel their booking, and a complete refund will be issued.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made in between 45 days of the start date of the trip will be assessed a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days of the trip’s start date will be charged 50% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
- If you cancel within 0-15 days of the trip’s start date, you will be charged 100% of the entire tour cost as cancellation fees.
- In the event of bad weather or government restrictions, any trips or events may be cancelled. In such a case, the operators will do all possible to give a viable alternative. However, a cash refund is not available on this item.
REFUND POLICY
If you select a refund after canceling your trek, the refund amount will be deposited into the payment account that you had used while making payment to us. It will take ten to twelve working days.
