Reaching a maximum altitude of 5,319 meters, this trek challenges your endurance and provides an authentic experience of high altitude trekking in India with snowfields, glaciers, and steep ascents.
Ideal for those preparing for Himalayan expeditions, this trek involves glacier walks, moraine crossings, and steep snow climbs, making it one of the best options for snow trekking in Himachal.
The route passes through spiritually significant locations such as Mantalai Lake, believed to be the origin of the Parvati River, surrounded by silence and raw Himalayan beauty.
Enjoy high altitude camping in India at untouched alpine sites like Odi Thach, Tunda Bhuj, and Mantalai, where there are no roads, networks, or villages — just mountains and sky.
As you enter Spiti, you’ll pass through Pin Valley National Park, home to rare wildlife like Himalayan foxes, blue sheep, and possibly the elusive snow leopard. The region is part of the Cold Desert Biosphere Reserve.
The Pin Parvati Pass Trek is considered one of the most difficult treks in Himachal Pradesh, recommended for trekkers who’ve completed moderate Himalayan trails and want to level up.
