Kheerganga Trek is one of Himachal Pradesh’s most famous trekking attractions and lies deep in Parvati valley, Kasol. It attracts people from all over the country with its spellbinding beauty. The place is renowned for the spring of hot water and a spectacular view of the valley.
The trek is 12 km long and the terrain remains a modest incline and declines all the way to the top, although in some sections it is slightly steeper. Trek can be done in a 1-2days time period. It’s a pleasant trek on a narrow trail that goes along the Parvati river and goes through numerous waterfalls and remote villages. DAY WISE ITINERARY
Day 1 - Barshaini to Kheerganga | 12 Kms | 6 hours trek
Reach Barshaini, which is the trek starting point for Kheerganga (3050 Meters). Meet us here, and you can buy supplementary eatables if needed before leaving Barshaini. It takes 5-6 hours time by foot to cover a 12 km distance of Kheerganga top from here.
The start of the trek is a gentle incline trail lined with beautiful apple orchards. Deodars and oak woods are also becoming a common sight as the trek progresses. You can hear the Parvati River endless roar flowing nearby, which is easily visible from Barshaini.
Once you reach, We’ll provide you with a comfortable tent for an overnight stay. Relax in the camp for a while before you go straight to the Parvati Kund or the natural hot water springs, which in the winters become even more attractive. The snow-capped mountains view, easily visible from a distance.
Enjoy the delicious meal cooked for you before retiring for the night in your tents. Flashes off!
Day 2 - Kheerganga to Barshaini | 12 Kms | 5 hours return trek
Wake up with morning tea call and tranquility of Paravati Valley mountains. Post breakfast, begin down trek back to Barshaini and make sure to revisit this picturesque tiny hamlet before leaving. Follows the same trail from where you came from. The scenic views from the villages and lush green forest around the trail serve as the perfect halts and are perfect for delving into the beauty of Parvati Valley. It is the end of the trip. After that, you’re free to explore nearby places like Tosh village, or you can immediately dive/travel back to Kasol.

HOW TO REACH
Travelers who want to travel to Kheerganga from Delhi should go to Kasol and Bharsaini. From Delhi to Kasol, there is no direct road or rail connection.
By road-
In Delhi, take a bus to Kullu or Manali from ISBT Kashmiri Gate, R K Ashram Metro Station, or Majnu-Ka-Tila. It would be best if you then continued till you reach Bhuntar. Again, from Bhuntar, you may catch a local bus to Kasol.
By rail-
The nearest railway stations to Kasol are Pathankot and Joginder Nagar. You must take a train from Delhi to Pathankot or Joginder Nagar, then take local transportation to Kasol.
By plane-
The nearest airport to Kasol is Bhuntar Airport, approximately 31 kilometers away. There is a direct flight from Delhi to Kullu. There is another flight from there to Bhuntar airport. Once you arrive in Kasol, trek operators will arrange transportation from Kasol to Bharsaini.

- Cancellations made between 15-30 days of the trip’s start date will be charged 50% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
- If you cancel within 0-15 days of the trip’s start date, you will be charged 100% of the entire tour cost as cancellation fees.
- In the event of bad weather or government restrictions, any trips or events may be cancelled. In such a case, the operators will do all possible to give a viable alternative. However, a cash refund is not available on this item.
REFUND POLICY
If you select a refund after canceling your trek, the refund amount will be deposited into the payment account that you had used while making payment to us. It will take ten to twelve working days.
